Job Introduction
**Brief Role Description**

As an **Occupational Therapy Assistant** working within Gray Healthcare, you will be joining our friendly and experienced Clinical Team.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to put into practice your current skills in addition to developing yourself as an autonomous practitioner.

You will be part of a team providing evidence-based assessment and intervention to people with complex needs who are supported to live a meaningful life in their own homes.

Gray Healthcare’s model is underpinned by **Trauma Informed Care and** **Positive Behaviour Support** and as such, you will be expected to work collaboratively with all internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure the provision of robust, positive and evidence-based support.

We provide support to individuals all over the UK and this role is to focus in either the Midlands or North West. Based from home you will travel to see the people we support as well as attend meeting at the Liverpool office when required.

**You will have experience working with Occupational Therapists and Nurses** and be committed to making a positive difference to people’s lives. You will be supported and supervised by a qualified Occupational Therapist and be expected to work collaboratively with the wider MDT.

You **must be able to drive** as it is a regional role and have access to a vehicle with business insurance. Mileage is paid on-top of the car allowance.
