An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Therapy Assistant Practitioner to join our In-Patient Therapy Service within Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

We are looking for a motivated, experienced individual who is looking to help shape our in-patient rehabilitation service.

You will be involved in the rehabilitation of older adults, working across physiotherapy and occupational therapy, to assist in the delivery of the 'Discharge to Assess Model'. You will work closely with both the Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy teams.

We are in the process of introducing 7 day working and this will be part of your contract.

The In-Patient Therapy Service has units/wards on the following sites: Moseley Hall Hospital, West Heath Hospital, Anne Marie Howes Centre, CU27 at Good Hope Hospital and Perry Tree Centre.
