We're seeking a Level 3 IT Support Apprentice to join a vibrant team of experts in the London area

As an apprentice, you'll play a pivotal role in providing technical assistance to users, both internally and externally. From responding to tickets via our ticketing system to utilising a range of troubleshooting tools, you'll be instrumental in resolving IT issues promptly and efficiently.

Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in installing and configuring hardware, operating systems, and third-party software.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

**A Typical Day in the Job**:

- Responding to tickets through the ticketing system and responding accordingly.
- Use a range of troubleshooting tools to resolve IT issues for users both face to face and using remote access tools.
- Provide technical support to customers both internal and external through a range of communication channels.
- Install and reconfigure both existing and new hardware including laptops, desktops, printers etc.
- Install and configure operating systems and 3rd party software for users.
- Manage passwords and permissions for users.
- Escalate tickets that can’t be resolved to senior engineers.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

- Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
