**Job Description**:
We are currently recruiting for a **Project Coordinator** for the Project Management and Performance team (Operations) who will be based in London. In this role you will be working alongside project managers/senior project managers, operational teams (sales, events, marketing, content) as well as consulting and research teams.

The Project Coordinator will provide project management support to all allocated projects which will involve a variety of different teams and stakeholders as well as deliverables. The purpose of this role is to mange projects to time, quality, customer satisfaction.

**Key Areas of Responsibility & Accountability**

**As a Project Coordinator you will ensure the delivery of the following key objectives**:

- Create and maintain project documentation such as plans for each project that define roles & responsibilities, milestones, preliminary deliverables, and deadlines.
- Keep all relevant stakeholders/project team informed on project progress by collating and distributing documentation.
- Create documents, reports and presentations, primarily in Word, Excel or PowerPoint that support the project.
- Coordinate stakeholder/project team meetings, including room bookings, agendas, minutes
- Ensure deadlines are met by aligning resource and that dependencies are considered
- Manage the delivery of multiple projects, in parallel, on-time and to standard
- Identify and work with the Senior Manager, Project Management Team to raise blockers and ensure projects can progress.
- Support the Senior Manager (and other members of the project team) with the delivery of projects to time, quality and cost scope.
- Support post-delivery feedback sessions to identify lessons learnt and share to ensure continuous improvement of project practice.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures and deliver standardization, best practises, methods, and procedure documentation.
- Contribute to the continuing evolution and refinement of business/operational processes to optimize quality, timeliness, efficiency, and cost effectiveness of process execution and delivery.

**What You Will Produce**:

- Project plans, schedule tracking, project reports, risks & issues registers
- Project updates for example month end and quarterly reports
- Deliver allocated projects to time and quality
- Standard operating procedures, best practices, methods & procedures, and specifications
- Key operational metrics, KPI, and project reports
- Business requirements documentation for technology platforms

**Qualifications**:
**Experience & Qualifications**
- Good knowledge and understanding of project management tools and techniques
- Proven successful experience in a Business Administrative or Project Coordinator role, including preparation of project plans, risk and issues logs and management of project action plans
- Experience of working on multiple projects and tasks and work well in a fast paced environment
- Comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders internally and externally
- Good presentation skills
- Experience in the technology market intelligence business including in-depth knowledge of research processes and methodologies preferred
- Strong team working and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate to achieve as a team
- Self-starter, able to use own initiative, able to self-organise
- Influencing skills and stakeholder management
- Adaptable; responding quickly to change
- Collaborative approach to analysis and identifying solutions
- Drive to achieve and deliver quantifiable results
- Proven ability to network and build relationships
- Positive approach to problem solving, resolving conflicts and overcoming obstacles
- Strong numerical and verbal reasoning skills, as well as attention to detail
- Commercial awareness and customer focus; prioritizing improvements in line with business objectives and customer requirements
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, comfortable using data
- Comfortable using project management software
- English as a working language
