**IT Project Coordinator.**

We need a contract IT Project Coordinator for a 3 - 6 month contract to start Jan 2023 paying £250 per day. Hybrid working with two or three days a week in the London office.

You will provide essential project coordination and administrative support to the IT team on a network project they have underway, assisting them in delivering efficient and planned maintenance to the IT services and projects. You will also provide support and be the administrative liaison, assisting with compliance-related legislation, industry, and health & safety (H&S).

Title: IT Project Coordinator.

Location: Hybrid Remote and two days a week in the London office.

Start Date: ASAP.

Duration: 3 - 6 months.

Rate: c£250 pd.

Working with colleagues in ICT, PMO and external contractors you will Support IT and team members, on an IT Printer rollout project, ensuring users are kept informed of planned works and support the IT project team to project manage all aspects of the project.

You will deal with all administrative and support tasks associated with the IT team. Provide telephone support, deal with enquiries from staff, contractors, installers, and maintain accurate records of broadband, equipment installations, networks and assets.

You will organise and take accurate records of meetings and events as required, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, booking rooms, etc., logging, and distributing correspondence sent to the IT team. You will undertake research, gather information, and produce written reports, presentations and spreadsheets as requested.

You will represent the client with suppliers professionally and confidently, manage internal and external stakeholder relationships effectively and organise/maintain systems and improve the running of the project by developing procedures and improving working methods.

You will have good project coordination skills, ideally gathered on IT infrastructure projects, printer rollout related projects a real plus. You will need good Stakeholder Management skills and experience in dealing with changing priorities and arrangements, including coordinating the work of others in a busy project office environment.

You will be highly organised and able to manage conflicting priorities with experience of developing, running administrative systems and procedures and have good attention to detail with the ability to examine and check data and costs against agreed schedules.

It goes without saying that you will have excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills as well as IT skills including Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel and the ability to use complex database/professional systems such as a Purchasing System to raise Purchase Orders.
