**Job Description**:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Team Lead to join our Data Hub team in Crawley

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be leading smaller teams of Data Scientists and Geoscientists where you will be responsible for you and your team members development, both technically and professionally. This includes coaching and mentoring team members alongside CGG’s Performance Management System.

Growing our Data Hub business is a key focus for us. Our Team Leaders will continue to develop and maintain strong client relationships through projects, marketing, conferences, and other opportunities. They will also support other groups such as sales, marketing, and business development as needed.

Our Team Leaders will work with the leadership team to maintain and build upon the culture that has already been developed. We are looking for individuals who will enjoy using their prior leadership, project management, technical, and problem-solving skills to meet the challenges that our clients have. They will also continuously seek to improve our technology, solutions, and insights.

**Team Description**

Data hub is a growing and dynamic team providing leading edge technology solutions and services to solve our clients data transformation and analytics challenges across a range of industries including geothermal, environmental, hydrocarbon and mineral exploration.

You will be working in an open and collaborative environment with opportunities to learn, grow and develop.

**Qualifications**:
The following skills and experience are expected:

- Technical excellence, a strong background in your chosen discipline with awareness of other disciplines and a focus on new technologies
- Project management experience, including Agile methods
- Experience mentoring, coaching, and onboarding junior team members
- Proactive self starter
- Clear communicator with strong presentation skills
- Business awareness with experience identifying and exploring business opportunities
