Job Title: Senior Practitioner - Adults Safeguarding Hub

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Adults Safeguarding Hub team. As a Senior Practitioner, you will play a key role in leading and managing complex cases, providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues, and contributing to the development of our safeguarding practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage complex cases, ensuring effective risk assessment and management.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues on safeguarding practices and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of our safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure effective partnership working.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Social Work or a recognised equivalent qualification.
  • Recognised post-qualifying award in Social Work or demonstrable evidence of continuous professional development.
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience of leading and managing complex cases, including risk assessment and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external agencies.
