**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Support Services Assistant you will work as part of the Support Services function of the business between Mailroom, Front of House and Switchboard. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks which will include:

- Dealing with incoming/outgoing mail, external deliveries.
- Photocopying / Printing/ Bulk scanning / Document binding.
- Answering and transferring calls, taking accurate messages and ensuring they reach the recipient in a timely manner.
- Meeting and greeting visitors.
- Organising couriers and taxis, logging details on the relevant spreadsheets.
- Monitor supply stock levels, replenishing and ordering as required.
- Meeting room set-ups, ensuring boardrooms remain presentable.
- Assist in co-ordinating evacuation in the event of a fire drill.

**Key Skills**:
We are looking to hear from individuals with a keen interest in working in a professional office environment.
- Self-motivated with a good work ethic
- Confident in dealing with people
- Ability to work as part of a team and also independently
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Location**

This role is office based and located at our Glasgow site with occasional requirement to work in Edinburgh.

**Hours of Work**

Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, with a one-hour break for lunch.
