**Residential Childcare Worker (Full and Part Time posts) - Ref: CH11023**

**Salary G6 £27,803 - £32,076 plus 5% enhancement for unsociable hours and additional payments for sleeping in duties. The salary will be pro-rata for part-time positions.**

**Qualified starting salary - £29,777 (pro-rata for part-time)**

**Unqualified starting salary - £25,803 (pro rata for part-time)**

We are looking for people who have experience of working with children to join our Children’s Residential Services within Walsall.

This role requires you to be resilient, resourceful, enthusiastic and motivated to be a positive influence on our children.

**The Role**
- As a Residential Childcare worker, you will be involved in providing direct care for children and expected to be engage with children and their families and be highly ambitious in helping them to achieve positive outcomes.
- Our focus is directed towards a child centred approach where we actively promote children’s rights. We deliver our services in safe personalised small group homes where the care is aimed at supporting children’s welfare.
