We are looking for people who have experience of working with children to join our Children’s Residential Services within Walsall. We have three part-time posts for 22 hours, 26 hours and 32 hours.
This role requires you to be resilient, resourceful, enthusiastic and motivated to be a positive influence on our children.
**The Role**
- As a Residential Childcare worker, you will be involved in providing direct care for children and expected to be engage with children and their families and be highly ambitious in helping them to achieve positive outcomes.
- Our focus is directed towards a child centred approach where we actively promote children’s rights. We deliver our services in safe personalised small group homes where the care is aimed at supporting children’s welfare.
