As an Assessment and Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and success of our learners. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of learners, assessing their progress, and providing support to help them achieve their goals. You will work closely with other professionals to ensure that each learner receives the best possible care and guidance. With a strong focus on residential childcare, this role requires a qualified Assessor with experience working in similar settings. Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of learners and assessing their progress

• Providing support to help learners achieve their goals

• Working closely with other professionals to ensure high-quality care and guidance

• Participating in update meetings online and delivering training

  • Assessor qualified
  • At least 3 years experience working in residential childcare settings
  • Car owner/driver
