We are seeking a skilled Care Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Social Worker with expertise in autism and mental health, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and compassionate individual to work as a Care Specialist with flexible office hours. You will be assessing and managing the needs of individuals who may present challenging behaviors and require specialized therapeutic and risk-management interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and manage the needs of individuals with complex behaviors
  • Develop and implement tailored care plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support

Requirements:

  • Masters in Social Work or equivalent
  • Registration with SWE
  • Expertise in autism and mental health
