Reed Business Support are currently working with an extremely reputable client of ours that are recruiting for a very exciting opportunity.
Job Title
- Service Department Coordinator
Salary
- £26,000-£28,000
Location
- Edinburgh
The Service Department Coordinator will work as part of a team, to service and maintain client’s security systems. At times the service administrator may also provide support to other departments. The role requires a great deal of initiative and autonomy.
Duties-- Reacting to client ‘call out’ requests
- Logging calls onto the Service Administration software package ensuring these calls are closed off accurately & efficiently with all relevant dates and times correctly received from engineers and recorded
- Actioning any remedial or follow up visits and deal with any equipment requirements
- Making sure that clients have copies of the service reports
- Client Reports
- Ensuring Engineers have the latest contract list.
- Scheduling PPM visits for at least six months ahead
- Distributing schedule to the regional tea
- Providing administrative support
- Check all these type of call outs are being invoiced and chased where applicable.
