**HR Administrator**

**Who we are**:
Our client is a fast-growing supply chain business who work with cooperative manufacturers to provide an integrated service across various parts of the business. We help with procurement (the buying of indirect goods), finance (Transaction processing) andoperations (Inventory & Stores management).

**About the role**:
You will be responsible for processing accurately all starters, leavers, alterations, and amendments (SLAMS) of contracts of employment in a timely manner, being the first point of contact for our recruitment partner. Accurate use of the People Systems isvital and producing ad hoc reports as the business requires. There is a requirement to support our European Countries Administering SLAMs, yet support, training and guidance will be provided.
- Recording our people's data accurately, to support engagement and reporting of HR data
- Ensuring all Right to Works have been checked and processed accurately
- Process all starters, leavers, alterations and amendments in a timely manner
- Work alongside our recruitment partner to support all new starters
- Be open to learning and completing HR tasks in Europe including new starter documentation.
- Produce HR reports from Success Factors as required
- Support the business checking data etc in preparation for Performance Reviews, Employee Engagement and Pay Reviews
- Take the opportunity to learn and develop in a small HR Team that provides a service to UK & Europe

**About you**:

- Experience of processing HR data in a fast-paced environment
- Accuracy in keying data with attention to detail routinely
- Good written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the desire to deliver excellent customer service
- The ability to build engaging working relationships
- Logical approach to daily work routine, organised and systematic
- Ability to problem solve
- Has completed or is working towards CIPD level 3/5
