**Job Overview**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team initially on a 6 month contract through the **Jobstart scheme** with the potential to become permanent

Our Recruitment Administrator will work closely with the Recruitment team to provide efficient recruitment service to the business. The role would suit a motivated person with a high degree of attention to detail and/or a keen interest in working in Recruitment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process recruitment exercises using our inhouse e-recruitment system
- Uploading adverts onto Indeed, NI Jobs and LinkedIn
- Maintain accurate records, respond to queries, and provide general administration support

**Essential Criteria**:

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and meet deadlines

**Desirable**:

- Experience of recruitment
- Interest in working within a Sales environment
- Degree in relevant discipline E.G Business, HR
