**Warehouse Co-Ordinator - Lurgan - £25,000 - £30,000**

Our Market Leading Client have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Co-Ordinator to join their team in Lurgan.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Warehouse Co-Ordinator will mainly be warehouse based, packing and distributing products while helping to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the customer service function by supporting customers and internal sales teams across a range of tasks from handling inbound enquiries, quotation requests, order processing, goods picking and packing, to logistics and administration.

**Hours of Work 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30 - 3.45pm Friday**

**The responsibilities of the Warehouse Co-Ordinator will include but not be limited to**:

- Order Handling

Process sales orders, organise the warehouse using pallet trucks and trolleys, stock rotation, pick and pack goods for delivery quickly and accurately, schedule goods dispatch and liaise with couriers and customs, receive goods into warehouse, unload product, check and receipt, documenting orders and monitor progress to completion. Maintain stock levels with a First In, First Out (FIFO) process and assist in the count process during Stock Take. Deal with return/exchange product swiftly completing all required documentation. Yard duties and housekeeping as required.
- Customer Support

Handle inbound enquiries, provide product information to meet customer needs, keep customers updated regarding the status of sales orders and other queries in line with service level agreements and KPIs
- Sales Support

Liaise with and provide support to the field-based sales team, create and issue quotations, dispatch sales literature and product samples to customers
- Administration

Maintain accurate records and use of IT systems including ERP and CRM solutions, provide reports on customer activity, service level agreements and KPIs

**The successful Warehouse Co-Ordinator will meet the following criteria**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar warehouse/distribution environment involving inventory control, goods inwards and order picking.

**Requirements and skills;**
- Manual Handling duties, able to lift and carry heavy items and general compliance with Health & Safety requirements
- Ability to work in a small team with a ‘can-do’ attitude, as well as using own initiative
- Proven track record in customer service/ order handling and administration
- Outgoing personality, Strong telephony, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Computer literate.

**Although not essential it would be highly advantageous to meet some or all of the following criteria**:

- Full Driving Licence
- Forklift/Side loader licence c
- Customer service and/or administrative role experience
- Proficient in the use of CRM/ ERP systems and IT processes
