In our Kent Talking Therapies service, we are passionate about truly making a difference to people’s lives and providing free therapy for those who need it. We are a values-driven, forward-thinking charity that values the CBT workforce, and believes in clinical excellence.

This advert is for two Senior High Intensity CBT Therapists to join our Kent Talking Therapies service. This is an exciting opportunity for a Qualified CBT Therapist that wants the opportunity to support and develop Trainee and Qualified CBT Therapists.

We are proud to provide the following because we want the Senior High Intensity CBT Therapists in our Kent Talking Therapies service to be the best supervisors that they can be:

- A supportive Step 3 Clinical Lead team that advocate for clinical excellence
- A in house high quality monthly CPD programme covering a range of topics such as Behavioural Experiments, PTSD and working with clients from the LGBTQI+ community
- Career development opportunities such as accessing Long-Term Conditions training, supervisor training, becoming a Champion and inputting into service change
- As an extra bonus we will also pay the yearly fees for your BABCP accreditation

We provide a free and confidential service without judgement to more than 100,000 people a year. We use our expertise to improve the help available and raise awareness around drugs, alcohol and mental health so that more people can get support.
