About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Beauty Therapist to join our team at Superdrug. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality beauty treatments to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional advice and beauty treatments to customers
  • Offer a range of beauty treatments, including nails, threading, tinting, facial and brow waxing, brow lamination, lash extensions, and piercings
  • Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive in-store experience
  • Upsell services and products to customers
  • Participate in ongoing professional training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques

Requirements
  • NVQ 2 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent relevant qualifications
  • Qualification and experience in acrylic nails and E-file is desirable but not essential
  • Previous experience in beauty is a plus
  • Confidence in approaching customers and upselling services and products
  • A desire to exceed customers' expectations
  • Passionate about all things beauty
