Job Summary

We Are With You is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Children and Young Persons' Trainee Therapist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children and young people, providing evidence-based interventions and making a positive impact on their mental health.

Main Responsibilities

As a Children and Young Persons' Trainee Therapist, you will be responsible for working with clients in a service setting, implementing evidence-based interventions, and contributing to the development of a specialist pathway for children and young people. You will also have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve the lives of children and young people.

About the Role

This is a full-time training position, commencing in January 2025. You will be employed by We Are With You and enrolled as a student with King's College London. Upon completion, you will receive a Postgraduate Diploma in CYP Psychological Training. The training will include academic work, teaching, and personal study, as well as practical experience working with clients.

Person Specification

We are seeking candidates who are committed to the CYP Psychological Training Programme core principles: accessibility, accountability, participation, awareness, and evidence-based practice. You will also need to have a UK passport or settled status in the UK.
