**The Position**

As a Junior Account Manager, you will first be tasked with helping the Support Department. Booking appointments and attending appointments in the local area. Shortly after, you will then move onto the hardware side, earning the ability to work with someof the UK’s largest companies. You will be responsible for bringing on new accounts, managing the accounts and margin targets, whilst maintaining and expanding client relationships. As we introduce future product lines you will be the conduit for commercialactivity, ensuring our client engagement is focused at all times.

**Main Activities & Accountabilities**
- Achieving allocated margin targets
- Maintaining and expanding client relationships
- Representing the entire range of company products and services, whilst generating additional up/cross-selling revenue targets
- Proactively leading a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for the customer life cycle
- Proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs on an ongoing basis
