- For this vacancy we will need you to hold a **full UK, manual driving licence** as the individual that you'll support loves getting out and about in their car.*
- **The Role**:

- With a focus on maintaining and promoting independence, you will work in a person-centred way to provide support in all aspects of daily living, including cooking and preparing meals, personal care, administering medication and managing personal finances.*
- You will be joining our friendly and dynamic team who support a gentleman with very complex needs, Autism, OCD and epilepsy on a 2:1 basis. Structure and routine are essential for the person we support. You’ll take an active interest in his hobbies and help identify new opportunities for participation.*
- To be a great Support Practitioner, we'll need you have;*

- Full UK, manual driving licence
- Great communication skills.
- Able to think outside the box.
- Caring attitude and approach.
- Positive approach to learning.
- Able to follow guidelines.
- Confidence in the use of computers.

**Shift Patterns**
- We provide tailored support 24 / 7 which includes waking nights. Shift patterns are 8am - 8pm and 8pm until 8am.*
- **Our sleepover shifts do not form part of your contracted hours, so you will receive an additional payment of £84 for an 8 hour sleepover or £94.50 for a 9 hour sleepover. For our Waking Nights you will receive your normal hourly rate plus a further £20 per night.**:
