Protocol Education are looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant to work within the Wakefield and South Leeds. We work with a range of schools across this area, who are looking for passionate individuals with a positive mindset to support children with specific behavioural needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing 1-1 support for children with specific behavioural needs
- Assist with the development and delivery of behaviour support plans
- Promote positive outcomes for pupils
- Work collaboratively to improve support for pupils

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with individuals with challenging behaviours
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and the ability to implement them successfully
- Excellent communication skills and the capability to build strong relationships

Start date: September

Hours: Full Time (8:30 - 3:30)

Area: Wakefield & South Leeds

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
