**IT Support Engineer**

In this role you would be working with an arm's length NHS organisation as a IT Support Engineer. This role is a temporary post for up to 6 months. Working as a IT Support Engineer within this organisation you would spend the majority of your time travelingto different sites and help resolve their hardware, software and configuration issues while also spending time within the office. The main site for this opportunity is based just outside of Newcastle. The role as IT Support Engineer is looking to pay up to£18.18 / day.

Your new role:

- In your new role as IT Support Engineer you will be working in a specialist team to provide end user technical support to resolve hardware, software and configuration issues
- You will ensure there is timely resolution of incidents and fulfil the requests
- You will be providing technical support services to customers in line with the operating model
- As an IT Support Engineer you will be installing new hardware, supporting location moves and newly commissioned buildings
- You will also act as a specialist in a range of IT hardware and software such as Desktop PC's, Laptops and also IT Software such as Microsoft Windows and Office

About you:

- You will have relevant experience in a technical support role
- You will have the ability to work within hardware and software support
- You will be able to operate in a Microsoft Environment
- You will have the ability to stay focused between tasks and maintain attention to detail
