Colour Sound Experiment is an entertainment lighting and video hire specialist to the Live Events Sector, with over 30 years’ experience behind it. We have had the opportunity to work with some incredible clients and take pride in our ever expanding equipment catalogue (and the ever growing warehouses we need to store it all).

Due to a growing team we have a a vacancy for a new Administrative Assistant to come join us at Colour Sound HQ in North West London. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated individual who is able to manage their workload effectively with excellent attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to team, referring to manager for assistance and direction as necessary
- Crew booking and accreditation
- Booking accommodation and transport for staff and crew, ensuring cost effective and appropriate
- Purchasing supplies for office/warehouse requirements, ensuring cost effective and appropriate
- Maintain, efficiently operate and improve a range of office processes and administrative systems
- Answer phones, sign for parcels, monitor and greet visitors
- Organise key team meetings including co-ordination and distribution of agendas, supporting documents, production and distribution of minutes, and follow-up on outstanding actions
- Prepare meeting room and production suites for clients and visiting LDs
- Data entry
- Monitoring social media channels and producing content

Required skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with office IT programs
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to monitor own workload, ensuring deadlines are met

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3-6 months

**Salary**: £24,856.00-£27,000.00 per year
