Anderson Knight is recruiting for a Project Administrator for our well-known client, based in Montrose.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing high quality support to our latest Project. Your main objective will be to ensure that our project receives the essential administrative assistance it needs to operate with utmost efficiency.

Typically, you will be working 37 hours per week - office based.

Main duties and responsibilities are:

- You will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of administration duties.
- Assisting team members in tasks relating to scheduling regular meetings and record minutes/actions for key project meetings where required.
- You will work effectively and efficiently to help the project team with preparing documentation on Microsoft packages.
- Assist with any planning needed and necessary scheduling to ensure these tasks are carried out smoothly.

- Excellent time management abilities, adept at planning own and others' schedules.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour
