**The Role**

We have an exciting new position available for a Graduate Environmental Consultant to join our well-established team within the Environmental Services Division on a full-time permanent basis at our site in Montrose. The nature of the role will be to co-ordinate and undertake administrative and document control work on Environmental projects throughout the UK and abroad and to ensure delivery to meet agreed deadlines and quality, you must have a science bachelor’s degree in the Environmental Sciences discipline.

**Responsibilities**:

- Environmental Impact Assessments and management systems
- Environmental Strategy
- Updating of Response Plans
- Contingency Planning
- Operation of GIS system as required.
- OSIS modelling
- Obtain permissions from authorities to conduct environmental exercises.
- Understand and develop environmental tools in response to industry requirements and legislative changes.
- Assist in the compilation of quotes as required.
- Pro-actively contribute to continuous improvement.

Mandatory participation in the emergency response rota as and when required, responding to pollution incidents.
