- Scheduling regular meetings.
- Record minutes/actions for key project meetings.
- Preparing documentation.
- To enable full auditable trails with, for example but not limited, to invoices, timesheets, material orders and goods received notes.
- Actioning all Customer queries and requests in a timely manner.

THE SUCESSFUL CANDIDATE
- Good attention to detail.
- Quality of own workload.
- Computer Literate.
