Senior Registration Officer

A superb opportunity has arisen for a Senior Registration Office to work for a medical regulatory organisation within their registration/ memberships department based in Southeast London. The organisation is small with just 26 staff and this role is basedwithin a team of four, offering the flexibility to work remotely and from the office in London but some in-person office working is required.
No two days are the same in this role and applicants will need to demonstrate they are flexible and keen to support and help others in all aspects of the role.
**To be considered for this role you must have experience in the following**:
- have 1 - 2 years Registration or Income collection experience
- The ability to supervise the work of other team members and provide oversight and guide through problem solving.
- Identify areas of policy and/or process improvement.
- Excellent administration skills and advanced in MS office packages,
- The ability to focus on quality and attention to detail
- Have experience in writing reports
- The ability to manage competing priorities of preparation for Committee meetings versus operational activities.
- Scheduling, facilitating and co-ordinating meetings
- Highly developed written communication skills, with the ability to engage with an entire profession and relevant staff.
- The ability to prepare and process direct debit income files.
- The ability to manage the entire process for direct debit collections
- Be financially literate
- Graduates or equivalent - ideal but not essential
