**As a Finance Intern you will**:

- Already have some administrative and finance awareness
- Be able to do follow processes for set deadlines
- Have great attention to detail & an analytical mind
- Be eager to learn & happy to ask questions
- Be able to interpret and analyse financial data
- Competent and comfortable in using Excel (vlookups, pivots, if statements)
- Have initiative to look for efficiencies in processes.
- Financial / commercial awareness, so you can not just undertake work, but also be confident to challenge the team on what they are doing
- Support the commercial finance department, by producing key reports, such as headcount reporting, portfolio reports, management information pack etc.
- Calculate the variable pay of our operations / sales teams.
- Understanding of Power BI & Excel macros would be useful but not a pre-requisite
