Work Environment: Full-time position with the flexibility of working from home two days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver precise cash flow analysis and forecasting.
- Generate monthly performance management reports related to grants and oversee quarterly payment submissions.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for grant audits.
- Collaborate closely with the Projects team to ensure accurate coding of invoices to respective donors and projects, along with completing month-end reconciliations.
- Provide necessary information for external revenue invoicing.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be a qualified accountant (AAT or equivalent).
- Experience in cash reporting and reconciliations.
- Familiarity with month-end and year-end financial processes.
- Demonstrated ability in budget preparation, including setting and monitoring.
- Experience liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in SAP and Excel applications.
