Finance Assistant Controller

The Finance Assistant Controller role at Michael Page Finance will support the statutory accounts process with IFRS and US GAAP requirements. The successful candidate will also be involved in the month-end management accounts process, with opportunities to improve and take ownership of the process, as well as other statutory compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the statutory accounts preparation, including Group financial consolidation process
  • Support with the month-end and quarterly reporting pack to be shared with overseas parent company
  • Assist with quarterly and annual Corporation Tax submissions, including liaison with external tax advisors
  • Liaise with Finance Business Partners across the Group to ensure information required for statutory submissions is obtained and accurate
  • Assist with system implementations across the Group

Requirements:

  • IFRS working knowledge
  • US GAAP (advantageous, but not essential)
  • Group Consolidation
  • Statutory Compliance
  • Audit Experience with exposure to multinational companies
