Job Title: Commercial Finance Business Partner

As a key member of our Finance Department, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and supporting the company's financial objectives. Your expertise in financial analysis and planning will enable you to provide strategic guidance to senior management, ensuring informed decision-making and optimal business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize gross margin and drive business growth
  • Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management on pricing, product assortment, and cost management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve financial performance
  • Design and implement financial planning and forecasting models to inform business decisions
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve financial efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements:
  • Qualified accountant with previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong commercial acumen and data-driven approach
  • Excellent Excel modeling skills and experience with Microsoft Power BI and SQL
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and implement new ways of doing things
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels and a proactive, positive attitude
