Finance Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Zachary Daniels. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial support and analysis to our business divisions.

About the Role

The Finance Business Partner will be the primary point of contact for financial matters, working closely with stakeholders to provide comprehensive commercial forecasts, accurate analysis, and timely reporting. You will be responsible for driving efficiency and improving profitability, while also supporting the budgeting process and contributing to the company strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain close stakeholder relationships with non-finance teams
  • Provide financial analysis and support to aid commercial decision-making
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders
  • Support the development of business strategies and plans
  • Collaborate with the operations team to drive business growth and improvement

Requirements

  • CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualification or equivalent experience
  • Strong IT skills, including advanced Excel and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Package

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000, 25 days holiday, and a range of benefits.
