No prior experience is required for this position as comprehensive training will be provided. All we require is that you possess enthusiasm, motivation, and a willingness to learn.
In your role as a Service Specialist, you will:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with our clients, including leading global brands.
- Exhibit outstanding communication abilities.
- Assume responsibility for managing and eliminating pests.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and provide effective solutions.
- Present verbal and written reports to clients utilizing the latest Apple technology.
- Manage your own schedule effectively and efficiently.
- Oversee your own inventory levels to ensure customer service.
- Approach your work with both proactive and reactive strategies.
What can you expect?
Compensation
- Starting salary ranges from £24,525 to £28,000, based on experience
