Finance Graduate Programme

We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious graduates to join our Finance Graduate Programme, a three-year development journey that will equip you with the skills and knowledge to become a future leader in the finance industry.

Programme Overview

The programme is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of finance and accounting principles, as well as the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various finance roles within our organisation.

  • Rotational placements in different finance functions, including cost accounting, accounts consolidation, and financial controlling
  • Opportunity to gain a Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) professional qualification

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level (2:1 or above) or equivalent in a relevant subject, such as accounting, finance, or business
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
  • The ability to be self-aware and proactive in your development
