As a Finance Graduate, you will be part of a three-year development programme that will give you the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in a finance role. You will work on a variety of projects, gaining experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as developing your leadership and communication skills.

Throughout the programme, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced finance professionals, learn from industry experts, and develop a deep understanding of the finance function within a multinational corporation. You will also have the chance to rotate through different placements, gaining a broad range of experiences and building a network of contacts across the business.

Our Finance Graduate Programme is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the finance function, as well as the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in a finance role. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as developing your leadership and communication skills.

By the end of the programme, you will have gained a Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) professional qualification, as well as a wide range of finance, operational, and leadership training. You will also have a deep understanding of how a multinational corporation works, and the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in a finance role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on a variety of projects, gaining experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
  • Develop leadership and communication skills through training and development opportunities
  • Rotate through different placements, gaining a broad range of experiences and building a network of contacts across the business
  • Gain a Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) professional qualification

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level (2:1 or above) or equivalent in a relevant subject
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Internationally mobile with home site within the UK
  • Ability to move between Airbus' European sites maximum once every 6 months throughout the 3-year graduate programme
