**Job description**:
Transformation Lead needed £650 -6-month contract based in Swindon Hybrid
- Are you accredited in Project Management (APM, PRINCE2) and/or Programme Management (MSP)?
- Are you experienced in implementing corporate divisional strategic change programs?
- Do you have experience managing a change program from its inception to its completion
- Do you have experience with cloud-hosted solutions, software automation, integrated software solutions, mobile solutions, dashboarding and analytics?

Core Responsibilities and Duties

The post holder will need to be able to establish, define and refine multiple workstreams and workstream plans to deliver the desired business outcomes of rebrand product capable of maintaining current markets and securing new business in wider markets.

They will work with business and technical SMEs with experience of mobilising, maintaining, and maturing the current product, as well as key stakeholder and contributors to the development of the future product.

Key to the success of this role will be to establish effective working relationships and alignment of multiple stakeholders

The role is responsible to the Estates Director to:

- Responsible for developing the business transformation definition document, identifying the target benefits and the contingent tasks, deliverables, dependencies, resources, and outputs required to achieve the benefits
- Responsible for ensuring the transformation programme understands and delivers the vision, including any evolution of the strategy that changes the vision
- Responsible for creation, definition, and planning of multiple change workstreams to deliver the change, contained in a transparent plan with measurable and achievable milestones
- Responsibility for the coordination and delivery of key milestones from each workstream within the transformation plan
- Responsibility for identification and overall management of the transformation 'RAIDO' (risks/assumptions/issues/dependencies/opportunities)
- Responsibility to create any temporary governance structures required to deliver the change programme and/or attend any extant governance structures that are pertinent to the change programme
- Responsible for drafting and gaining approval for communications relating to the change programme
