On behalf of our client, we have a new opportunity within a global biopharmaceutical company, which is committed to developing novel antibodies and biologics for infectious diseases, cancer, and autoimmune diseases.

We are looking for a Team Leader to help develop analytical methods, support early-stage projects and provide general supervision and mentorship to the team members.

**Basic Requirements**:

- 5 years of industrial experience within the antibody discovery field.
- Qualifications in Immunology, Protein Chemistry, or related area.
- Knowledge and previous experience in antibody discovery, Immunology and related techniques would be an advantage.
- Outstanding organisational skills, ability to prioritise, multitask and deliver data on time
- Extensive practice of analysing biologics for biopharmaceutical development in antibody expression, purification and characterisation is crucial.
- Understanding of techniques such as Liquid chromatography and HPLC.
- Good data recording, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated attitude and a good team leader.
- Full ability to manage, support and deliver team goals.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Lead an analytical team to preform in protein engineering, expression, purification, and characterisation to support the progression of the biologic targets
- Responsible for coordination, performance, and reports of team
- Develop strategies and form new ideas in implementing new techniques to strengthen the teams’ capabilities.
- Support early-stage projects.
- Provide data recording, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Work effectively and collaboratively across teams within the company.
