Insurance Administrator

- In the Insurance Administrator job, you will be:
- Preparing and despatching quotes, confirmations and other letters
- Updating and issuing policy documentation, renewals and reminder letters
- Carrying out admin duties including, filing and typing, bookings, and handling and maintaining data
- To be considered for the Insurance Administrator role you must have:
- Strong IT/computer skills including data handling and MS Excel
- Previous administration and office experience _(ideally within the insurance industry)_
- A good telephone manner and high levels of customer service
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team- Working hours 9am-5pm over 3 days (tbc) and you will be based from offices in Colwyn Bay.- You'll be starting on an hourly rate of £10.42, plus company benefits including holiday pay, sick pay, pension and an annual increment.- If you are an ambitious individual looking for a new challenge then we would love to hear from you.
