Head Receptionist / Lodge sales assistant

We are seeking enthusiastic Head Receptionist/Office Administrator to join our small team, based at Conwy Holiday Park, near Conwy, North Wales.

We are a small family run business which was set up in the late 1970's.

Due to the continued growth of the business, we are now seeking a versatile and experienced individual to join our team. For this role, we require someone who has the ability to work with mínimal supervision, adequately deal with a varied workload and have a flexible attitude.

Liaising with lodge owners and customers is a focal part of the role. Fully responsible for all aspects of lodge owner accounts and queries including ensuring they are covered for insurance, gas tests, electrical testing and chasing when expired, billing for any maintenance jobs carried out, chasing outstanding balances and building a rapport with the owners.

We are very much a people business, so charm and personality will play a key element in the role and the ability to build a rapport with our customers and owners.

Reception working hours will be 9am - 5pm and this role will be based on a 5-day working week, which includes weekends.

**The Person**
- Prior experience in a Receptionist/Customer facing role preferred
- Positivity and a friendly persona
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong communicator
- Excellent phone manner
- Confidence in dealing with any issue's that may arise and able to deal with complaints kindly and promptly
- Care taken in personal appearance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel & Word
- Competent in English and Maths
- Experience of CRM Systems/Account management systems a bonus
- Problem solver
- Ability to work weekends is essential
- Valid UK driving licence

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
