**JA1313 - Asset Inventory Co-ordinator**
**Location -Conwy**
**Type - Permanent - 40hours/week**
**Salary - £23,500**

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Asset Inventory updating of the Welsh Government Electrical Asset Management System (LMS).
- Bulk uploading electrical and structural certificates.
- Using Query builder to run reports to identify assets that have missing / incorrect information.
- Updating individual assets.
- Administrative assistance which shall include:

- Preparation of maintenance works reports.
- Minutes of meetings.
- Assisting the team with ensuring asset / project documentation is electronically stored in the correct location (i.e. population of the collaboration portal / TEDDMS).
- Assisting the LMS lead with the maintenance and development of the system.
- Assisting the street lighting and ITS managers with ad-hoc administrative tasks.

**Skills & Experience**:
**Essential**
- IT literate / technically savvy with good admin skills.

**Desirable**
- Knowledge of Health and Safety standards
