**Hybrid working role. 2-3 days onsite at some point in Lansdale, PA.**
What do you need to have?
- Responsible for coordination and transfer of materials from storage locations
- Converts SAP stock transfer requests to stock transfer orders
- Responsible for creation of logistics documentation supporting transfer activities
- Responsible for processing shipments to ASM depots based on MRP for stock transfer orders
- Coordinates resolution of depot service-related invoice issues for ASM team
- Provides support information to ASM PPM’s as needed
- May support issues with depot to site shipments
- Works with supplier depot personnel ensuring timely receipt of stock
- Manages return to stock needs
- May supports maintaining adequate stock of ancillary materials in scope
- Works with Merck Logistics lead and suppliers to raise process issues
- Make recommendations for process improvements & improved ways of working
- Supports country operations with timely resolution to depot supply and logistics issues
- May support implementation of new depot transitions
- Supports special projects and business initiatives as needed
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a business or scientific discipline
- Experience within pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Experience with supporting clinical trials preferred
- Prior supply chain, inventory management, & logistics knowledge, 1 plus overall years of experience preferred
- One or more years of SAP experience preferred
