This Accountancy practice is not run of the mill, you will want to be part of a high performing team, enjoy being client facing - scheduling and holding video conference calls, face to face meetings and representing the business at industry and social gatherings.

8.45 to 5.30 - 1 hour lunch - Monday to Friday onsite very close to Brighton Seafront.

As part of the wider team of 18, you will take the role of Business Administrator based in the Brighton office of a vibrant Accountancy Practice where you will provide Administrative support to a Senior Business Manager. The Brighton office is a satellite office, with the Head Office located in London's West End.

To secure the role as Business Administrator you will have great attention to detail, be diligent and calm in your approach to the varied tasks and understand how to prioritise your work. It is essential that you have a good understanding of the MS Office suite and if you had exposure to Xero accounting system that would be beneficial but not essential.

This role would suit a recent Graduate / College leaver as it is a role offering the first step on the career ladder in a company who support growth and development into Accounting, Business Management, Compliance.

Outline of tasks for the Business Administrator: (training given)
- general admin tasks, handling incoming calls, meeting and greeting visitors, updating database with relevant client information.
- bookkeeping
- finance data collation and recording
- liaising with high profile clients or their representatives to gather information that will be recorded and analysed and within Xero accounting package(full training given to enable you to be an expert user).
