In this role, you will join the expanding team at their Penrith depot, working closely with the Warehouse Admin and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) departments. As you report to departmental managers and work with a dedicated mentor in a small team, you will provide valuable support to ensure the smooth functioning of the Warehouse and QHSE departments. Simultaneously, you will work towards achieving a Level 3 Business Administration qualification, setting the foundation for your professional development.
In the QHSE department, you will immerse yourself in health and safety practices, legal compliance, and develop an analytical mindset to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
Your responsibilities will include effectively handling inbound and outbound calls, providing solutions to service issues, preparing for audits, and ensuring accident compliance.
**Required Qualifications**:
No formal prior qualifications are required for this role, but we are looking for a pass in GCSE qualifications in Maths, English, and IT, preferably at a C/ grade 4 or above. A good understanding of the MS Office suite is also desired.
So don't worry if you don't have prior qualifications or experience. Full training will be provided, and you will receive dedicated support throughout your journey.
