- Supervise a dedicated warehouse team responsible for Receiving Goods, Storage and Order Picking.
- Schedule work rotas to meet fluctuations in staffing levels and daily workloads
- Motivate the team to keep a high level of moral.
- Help Develop the warehouse team through learning and training
- Co-Ordinate and Plan staff workloads to meet strict deadlines

**Responsibilities**:
**Warehouse**
- Ensure all outbound orders are picked in good time for the workshops to be able to process.
- Ensure all returning goods are quickly processed and returned to available stock
- Maintain a high standard of stock accuracy and material handling
- Be responsible for the warehouse stock security
- Ensure that onsite plant is maintained and that all daily checks are completed
- Keep the warehouse tidy and clean
- Develop and devise enhanced processes and procedure to ensure that the warehouse activities consistently function with a high degree of efficiency
- Be responsible for ordering and maintaining warehouse stationary and packing materials.

**Stock Management**
- Ensure that the team accurately maintain the Various stock databases
- Minimise any damage to stock.

**Company Standards**
- Ensure we comply with and maintain all ISO and ADISA standard

**General**
- Work with the other department heads to develop and maintain good procedures and practice

Qualifications:

- Experience working within a Warehouse environment at senior level
- Experience of working with the challenges of IT and AV environment also a distinct advantage.
- Proven track record of managing a team showing capability to develop both the team and the individual members
- High degree of accuracy in the delivery of their work
- Real focus on ensuring that all tasks are completed quickly to prevent backlogs
- Have exceptional organisation and planning skills
- Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Proactive, self-starting and flexible approach to their work
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management
- Able to use their own initiative to overcome daily issues
- A forklift license will be a distinct advantage
- Full UK driving license an advantage
