**Role Overview**:
As a Labourer at Havant Sheet Metal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our production team. Your responsibilities will include assisting with loading and unloading materials, maintaining a clean and organised work environment, supporting machine operators, and handling basic machine operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with loading and unloading materials and products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the production floor and work areas.
- Support machine operators and other production staff with tasks as needed.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Handle basic machine operation and maintenance under supervision.
- Transport materials and finished products within the facility.
- Perform routine inspections and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Assist with inventory management and stock control.
- Participate in training sessions and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Carry out any other duties as reasonably requested by the management team.

**Skills and Knowledge**:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is an asset.
- Ability to operate basic machinery and tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and willing to learn.
