Due to expansion, Trade Choice Carpet and Flooring are now recruiting for a level 4 Marketing Apprentice.
As a Marketing Apprentice, you will be a key team member of the Marketing Department with a clear progression path within our business.
We recognise the value of unique minds and follow a flexible and collaborative approach, and therefore welcome your thoughts and ideas.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Produce marketing material in-line with marketing plans, with consideration for measurement, including the ability to write and proofread effective copy
- Work with design and print agencies to produce materials that have visual impact, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines at all times
- Support the sales teams and branches with: regular marketing updates, support materials, Point of Sale and communications as well as utilising feedback for continuous improvement
- Maintain and build on existing relationships with external agencies
- Use feedback to drive continuous improvement of Marketing activities
- Arrange the effective distribution of Marketing materials
- Involve key internal and external stakeholders for each stage of a campaign, reporting results once completed
- Support the Marketing Manager and the wider Marketing team with ad-hoc projects
**KEY RELATIONSHIPS**
- Internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining and building on existing external relationships including design and print agencies
**KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- 5 GCSEs grade A*- C / 9-4 (including Maths and English) and 3 A-levels at grade
A* - C or other relevant qualifications.
- Willingness to learn and continuously develop skills
Outlook
- Attention to detail, excellent copy-proofing skills
- Creative flair - a good eye for design
- Confident in communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects at the same
time, to deadlines
**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT**
- Salary - £20,000 - £21,000
- The hours are: 08:00 - 16:30 (30 minute lunch break).
