**Department Overview**
**Role Description**
The Account Executive, EMEA Hub will support the account Managers across all the steps, from Briefing to Reporting, reviewing planning, trackers and processes to get the campaigns live.
Key Responsibilities
**Network Management**
Production plan and PowerPoint quality check.
Trouble shooting with creative agencies and locales any issues with assets i.e. file size, CTA issues, rating issues.
Supporting with data collection and inputs into trackers (incl global, finance processes)
Locales timeline management
**Craft**
Collating campaign imagery and proof of posting from locales.
Coordination of competitive reporting.
Quality check, and Hub overview analysis of in-flight reporting
Production, PCA and Proof of Postage template creation
**Client Advice and Management**
Client weekly status sheet owner
Master campaign tracker inputs
Communicating relevant industry and competitor best practice/inspiration
