We are looking for a new confident member to join the Operations team at one of our London City Hubs. As a City Hub Associate member, your shifts will vary through weekends and weekdays, daytime and evening.

What you’ll do:

- Daily dispatching and receiving of deliveries
- Organising the SKUs on the shelves
- Picking and packing products to be dispatched
- Providing a high level of support to our Partners
- Answering customer queries through ticketing system
- Reporting

What you will need:

- 6-12 months of experience in logistics, hospitality or retail
- Resilience; an ability to stay calm under pressure
- To be a fast learner, willing to adapt, develop and be tech-ready
- Confident in making decisions in real-time and finding solutions
- The ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Proactivity in managing your workload
- Flexibility in your mindset to handle the unexpected
- Commitment towards your work, team and partners
