Join our dynamic Associate Management team to become an Associate Resourcing Executive.

**This is Full Time, Permanent role, which is based in London.**

You will work within our Recruitment Hub and collaborate with wider business teams to support us delivering the Associate Recruitment Strategy. This is a diverse role, in a busy team, delivering a key element of City & Guilds' work.

To ensure City & Guilds continues to achieve great first-class standards, we are looking for an Associate Resourcing Executive who will contribute to making sure we are attracting and engaging with the best Associates across many different industries and for many different associate roles.

The purpose of the role is to determine recruitment requirements and coordinate the search and recruitment of Associates to ensure an adequate, fit for purpose number of Associates to support the development, delivery, assessment and quality assurance of City & Guilds products and services.

**This is a full-time role, London based, working 35 hours per week.**

Your office base will be London EC1A 9DE, however City & Guilds support hybrid working.

This appointment will be made on merit.

**About the role**:
As an Associate Resourcing Executive you will need to work closely** **with the Associate Manager (Recruitment) and the Data, Capacity & Process Coordinator to produce short and long-term planning to support recruitment needs across the business.

You will liaise with stakeholders, both internal and external, to raise awareness of Associate roles within City & Guilds. You will also explore new opportunities within these networks.

Our Associate Resourcing Executive will also be responsible for maintenance of the Associate vacancies' website, ensuring its up to date with engaging content to attract a diverse range of applicants.

You will also maintain the online recruitment system and act as one of the ATS leads for the Recruitment Hub.

We would like you to also develop resources to support hiring managers with interviews, coordinate the vetting of applicants and conduct interviews with hiring managers.

**About you**:
We would like you to have experience of recruitment and selection in a business or agency setting across a diverse range of roles. You will need to multitask, so we are looking for experience of managing multiple recruitment drives simultaneously.

You will need to be a great communicator to proactively engage with applicants.

We would like you to have awareness and experience of using social media to advertise roles and generate talent pools. We are looking for a great communicator with the ability to produce effective, engaging and accurate written communications.

To be successful in this role, you will have to be able to have positive and flexible attitude.

We are looking for someone with new ideas, and an attention to detail, as we continue to work to streamline and to standardise our processes.
